33pmw Terms and Conditions

1.1 Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 33pmw platform and its users. By using the 33pmw website, mobile application, or any other service, you are considered to have accepted every provision of these Terms.

We request that you do not use the platform before reading these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 Definitions

• "Platform" means the 33pmw website, services, and all associated applications.
• "User" means any person, registered or unregistered, on the platform.
• "Account" means a personal profile registered in the user's name.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds currently held in an account.
• "Bonus" means any incentive funds or benefits provided by 33pmw.

1.3 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws currently in force in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to use 33pmw's services. This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. 33pmw may at any time request a government-issued ID or other proof to verify age.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

33pmw provides services to residents of Bangladesh. Access to this platform is restricted for users in countries where online gaming is legally prohibited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts exist under the same person's name, they will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. 33pmw reserves the right to close an account if false or incomplete information is provided. Registration requires:

• Full legal name
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• National ID card details (where applicable)

3.2 Account Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, the 33pmw support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

33pmw reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly upon withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed if the KYC process is not completed. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of ownership of the payment method

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following payment methods are currently supported on 33pmw: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly. However, bank transfers may take a little longer.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

After a withdrawal request is approved, funds generally arrive within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawal processing:

• KYC verification must be completed
• The account must be active and free from suspension
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met
• Funds deposited via a specific method must be withdrawn using that same method

4.3 Currency for Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 33pmw does not accept transactions in foreign currencies.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33pmw offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Bonus calculation examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → Maximum ৳8,000 bonus → Total ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Withdrawals directly from the bonus balance are not permitted before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive each bonus offer only once
• Bonuses are for personal use only — they cannot be transferred to a third party
• 33pmw reserves the right to change the terms of bonus offers without prior notice
• Accounts may be investigated on suspicion of bonus abuse
• VIP bonuses and rewards apply only to active and eligible accounts

5.4 VIP Program

The 33pmw VIP program has 5 tiers, each providing a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on the user's overall activity on the platform. Consistent activity is required to advance to a higher tier.

6.1 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed in the game interface. 33pmw reserves the right to change the betting limits for any game. Special limits may be set for an account in specific circumstances.

6.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. 33pmw is committed to ensuring fair play. If a game result is abnormal due to a technical error, 33pmw reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The following conditions apply:

• Bets must be confirmed before the event begins
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the funds returned
• Bets on events affected by match-fixing allegations may be declared void
• 33pmw reserves the right to void confirmed bets placed due to odds errors

7.1 General Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33pmw platform:

• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or AI assistance
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Registering under a false identity or falsifying information
• Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorized access
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users

7.2 Consequences of Violations

In the event of a breach of the above prohibitions, 33pmw may take the following actions:

• Temporarily suspend or permanently close the account
• Forfeit bonuses and associated winnings
• Freeze the account balance and conduct an investigation
• Notify the relevant authorities

8.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Account closure requests can be submitted through the support team.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 33pmw

33pmw may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period
• If an investigation is required for security reasons
• If directed by a court or regulatory authority

8.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may be applied to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Users will be notified in advance of the inactivity threshold and the related terms.
