33pmw Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Gaming is for fun — not for stress. 33pmw believes every player has the right to play safely and within their limits.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming is a great source of entertainment — but it stays enjoyable only when you play within your own limits. 33pmw always wants every player to enjoy games mindfully and safely. Gaming is never a substitute for income; it is simply a form of entertainment.
Our platform offers tools such as deposit limits, time-out, and self-exclusion to help you play responsibly. Our 24/7 support team is always here for you. 33pmw's goal is to build a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment where every user feels protected.
Remember — gaming decisions should be made with a clear head, not driven by emotion. Placing more bets to recover money you have lost is never a solution. Set limits for yourself and stick to them.

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased before the set period ends. This tool helps you stay within your budget.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, you will not be able to play any games or make deposits.
Self-Exclusion
If gaming has become a problem, choose long-term self-exclusion — from 6 months up to a permanent closure. Your account cannot be reactivated before the chosen period ends.
Spending History

33pmw Responsible Gaming Policy
33pmw believes that responsible gaming is a culture — not just a rule. We are committed to protecting the mental and financial wellbeing of every user. Our core principles are:
Gaming as Entertainment
Gaming is always for entertainment — not as a way to earn money. The outcome of every game is random and cannot be predicted in advance. Before placing a bet, ask yourself: is this for my enjoyment, or to escape pressure?
Stay Within Your Budget
Only bet an amount whose loss will not affect your daily life. Never borrow money or break your savings to fund gaming. Starting from a minimum deposit of ৳500, you can play at an amount that suits you.
Keep a Time Balance
Set a fixed time limit for gaming. Play alongside family, friends, work, and other hobbies. Take breaks from long gaming sessions and make use of the time-out feature.
Play Mindfully
Do not game while under the influence of alcohol or any substance. Avoid placing large bets on impulse. Betting more out of anger or frustration after a loss only increases the damage.
33pmw keeps every user's personal information secure and monitors gaming activity. If any user shows signs of problematic gaming behaviour, our team may proactively offer them support.
Enjoy 33pmw Safely
Game within your limits and have fun. We are always here to help with anything you need.
